1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quick Tap Services Pvt Ltd's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

Quick Tap Services provides software development services including but not limited to: CTO-as-a-Service, MVP development, AI development, full-stack engineering, and DevOps services. Specific service deliverables will be outlined in individual project agreements or statements of work (SOW).

3. Engagement Process

• Consultation: Initial discovery call to understand project requirements
• Proposal: Detailed proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing
• Agreement: Signed contract or SOW before work commences
• NDA: Mutual non-disclosure agreement available upon request

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements
• Typical structures include: milestone-based, monthly retainers, or fixed-price projects
• Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest charges or project suspension
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in project agreements

5. Intellectual Property

Client Ownership: Upon full payment, clients own all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project.

Pre-existing Materials: We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used in projects.

License: Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use third-party components as permitted by their respective licenses.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose project details without permission. We're happy to sign mutual NDAs before discussing sensitive information.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that:

• Services will be performed with reasonable care and skill
• Deliverables will substantially conform to agreed specifications
• We have the right to provide the services

DISCLAIMER: Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those explicitly stated. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick Tap Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Project Changes and Scope

• Changes to project scope require written agreement and may affect timeline and cost
• We'll provide change requests with impact analysis before proceeding
• Clients must provide timely feedback and approvals as outlined in project agreements

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice:

• 30 days notice for retainer agreements
• Immediate termination for breach of contract
• Upon termination, client pays for completed work and expenses incurred

11. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify Quick Tap Services against claims arising from: client-provided materials, client's use of deliverables, or client's violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Andhra Pradesh, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
