AI queuing system on a warehouse big screen
A huge screen on the floor shows the day's orders, re-prioritised live by AI — due dates, order size, and owner instructions decide the queue. Small orders can no longer hide behind big ones.
A personal RAG assistant for the owners
The owners chat with their own business — "which orders are at risk this week?", "where is this client's saree?" — and get answers grounded in live warehouse data.
Staff & weaver management, finally traceable
Attendance, task ownership, and workload across the entire weaver network — tracked in the same system, not in anyone's memory.
